Killeen’s appointment is part of the recently-announced restructuring of its Information Technology function into two groups –Digital Business Software, and Global IT. Killeen previously served as chief information security officer and chief technology officer, GM IT, reporting to EVP & CIO Randy Mott, who is retiring. In his new role, Killeen will report to GM Chair and CEO Mary Barra. He first joined GM in March 2001. Killeen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and is on the Advisory Board for the Oakland University School of Engineering and Computer Science.
TD Bank Promotes Judy Dinn to Chief Information Officer

TD Bank is one of the 10 largest banks in the U.S., serving more than 9.6 million customers at more than 1,100 locations. Dinn joined TD Bank in 2020 as Chief Architect and CIO of U.S. Credit Cards. Earlier, she was CIO of Credit Cards at JPMorgan Chase in the U.S. In her new role, Dinn will report to Greg Braca, President and CEO, TD Bank, and Greg Keeley, Chief Information Officer, TD Bank Group. She earned an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Konica Minolta USA Announces Mike Lee as CIO

New Jersey-based Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. supports clients’ digital transformation through IT services, intelligent information management, managed print services and commercial print solutions. Most recently, Lee was CIO and CoE Leader for Digital Customer Experience at Carrier’s $4 billion refrigeration business. From 2000 to 2018, he held a progression of technology leadership positions at GE Capital and GE Digital. Lee holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University.
Michelle Ferrara joins Arizona Public Service as CIO
Arizona Public Service (APS) is a subsidiary of Pinnacle West Capital (NYSE: PNW), an electric utility holding company based in Phoenix, AZ. APS also is the operator and co-owner of the Palo Verde Generating Station, the largest nuclear plant and the single-largest generator of carbon-free electricity in the U.S. Prior to joining APS, Ferrara spent over 20 years at Exelon and its predecessor companies in Baltimore, holding several IT leadership positions of increasing scope and complexity. She earned a BS degree in Information Systems Management from University of Baltimore, and an MS in Information Systems from Western International University.
Lazydays RV Appoints Harsh Uchariya Chief Information Officer
Lazydays (NASDAQ: LAZY) is an $800 million provider of recreational vehicle sales and services that is headquartered outside Tampa, FL. Uchariya joins Lazydays from ClubCorp, where he was CIO. Prior to ClubCorp, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect at Wyndham Destinations Vacation Clubs and Resorts. Uchariya received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from India’s Government Engineering College and his MBA from Indian Institute of Information Management and Technology.

He is also a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Scott holds a BS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctorate (law) degree from Santa Clara University.
